Spyglass Hill Apartments welcomes its furry residents!
  • 1st Pet: $300 pet deposit and $300 pet fee
  • 2nd Pet: $300 pet deposit
  • Pet rent: $20/1 and $30/2
  • Breed Restrictions

Comments: It’s not home without fur-kids. If you have a furry family member, we’re a pet friendly community. Two pets per household are allowed. Exotic animals of all kinds, and animals in cages are prohibited.

The following dog breeds are restricted:

  • Akita
  • Cane Corso
  • Chow
  • Doberman Pinscher
  • German Shepherd
  • Huskies
  • Malamutes
  • Mastiffs
  • Presa Canario
  • Pit Bull
  • Rottweiler
  • Staffordshire Bull Terrier
  • Wolf hybrid

Additionally, any combination of the above breeds, or any of the above breeds mixed with a non-restricted breed are not permitted in our multifamily communities.
